You get a structured understanding of your situation, a clear Direction, and a concrete Execution Blueprint for moving forward. The goal isn't just to deliver another report, but to give you a solid foundation for both decisions and execution.

The pilot is typically completed over 2–3 days, depending on your availability and pace through the process. Your total active time investment is usually around 1–2 hours, spread across the different steps and short check-ins along the way.

No. Eitti is designed for leaders and teams in organizations, not AI specialists. You don't need to understand AI models, prompting, or the underlying technology. You bring the knowledge of your organization and situation; Eitti provides the structure and intelligence around it.

Eitti is designed to work with a minimum of identifying information. You do not need to provide your company name or personal name for the analysis. In the Founding Pilot, your email address is used for practical communication, while the conversations focus on the context needed to understand the situation — not on identifying the people or organization behind it.

Responsible use of AI is built into how Eitti works. Important recommendations should be traceable back to relevant assumptions, sources and reasoning. AI supports the decision process – people retain control and responsibility.
