You can stop after the free part and use the analysis on your own. There's no obligation to buy MEETS or any other service.
How does it work in practice?
You start with Eitti Guide, who helps you define the situation and figure out who, if anyone, should contribute their perspectives.
Participants use Guided Explorer to explore the same topic on their own. They don't need to meet at the same time.
The gathered input is then shared with Eitti Guide and brought together in GE Analyzer.
You get a combined analysis and a walkthrough of what it shows. You then decide whether this is enough, whether something needs closer examination, or whether MEETS could be a relevant next step.
What do we get from the free analysis?
You get a combined picture of how the situation looks from the different perspectives gathered.
Among other things, the analysis highlights what stands out as important, where the perspectives align, where they diverge, and what's still unclear.
Differing views aren't smoothed over to create an impression of agreement.
The analysis can be used as a basis for an internal conversation, a prioritization, or further investigation.
For some, this is enough to move forward. For others, it becomes clearer which questions need more work.

What does MEETS add, and when is it relevant?
MEETS is relevant when the first analysis uncovers questions you need to go deeper into.
That might mean differing understandings of the problem, uncertain assumptions, important disagreements, or alternatives with different consequences.
In MEETS, we go behind the first answers. We examine why the perspectives diverge, challenge key assumptions, and explore possible paths forward.
You get a structured decision basis that shows what you know, what you assume, what you agree and disagree on, the trade-offs you face, and what relevant next steps might be.
The goal isn't agreement at any cost. The result can also be a clear picture of what you need to investigate before you can decide.
How much time do we need to set aside?
The free part consists of an initial clarification, each participant's individual exploration, and a walkthrough of the combined analysis.
Participants contribute on their own within an agreed time window. So you don't need to gather everyone for a joint workshop to get started.
Time spent depends on the topic, the number of participants, and how thoroughly you want to explore the situation.
If you move ahead with MEETS, we agree on expected time and involvement in advance.
How is this different from a regular meeting or using AI yourself?
The difference lies mainly in the way the work happens.
In a regular meeting, the conversation is shaped by, among other things, who speaks first, who takes up the most space, time pressure, and how the question was originally framed.
Eitti gives each participant the chance to first explore the situation from their own perspective. The perspectives are then brought together so that similarities, differences, and open questions all become visible.
You can of course also use general AI tools yourself. With Eitti, you get a defined way of working for decision support, plus help from Eitti Guide to hold the process together.
When needed, MEETS goes further into the premises, the disagreement, the alternatives, and the consequences behind the first answers.
Do we need AI skills or a subscription?
No, you don't need AI skills or the ability to write special instructions to use Eitti.
The tools guide participants through the exploration with questions and follow-ups.
In the current setup, Eitti's custom tools run inside ChatGPT. Participants therefore need access to ChatGPT and to be logged in.
A free ChatGPT account can be used, but it may have limitations on use and availability.
Any paid ChatGPT subscription is separate from Eitti's services.
How is the information we share handled?
The starting point is to share what's needed to understand the situation – and no more.
We recommend starting with a high-level description and avoiding sensitive personal data or other particularly confidential material unless it's necessary and suited to the solution being used.
When several people take part, it should be clear what gets shared onward, who has access to the input, and who receives the combined analysis.
Use of ChatGPT also follows the terms and settings of the ChatGPT solution and account you use.

Can we trust the analysis, and who makes the decision?
Eitti provides decision support – not a definitive answer.
AI can make mistakes, misunderstand information, or draw conclusions that need closer examination. Important information should therefore be verified before it's used as a basis for a decision.
At the same time, the way of working is meant to make it easier to distinguish between facts, assessments, assumptions, and questions that are still open.
You can correct misunderstandings and challenge the analysis along the way.
It's always you who assesses the decision basis and makes the final decision.
When a matter requires specific legal, financial, medical, or other professional expertise, relevant experts must be involved.
What happens after we have the decision basis?
By then, the goal is for you to have a better basis for deciding what to do next.
That might mean making a decision, investigating something further, carrying out a smaller next step – or deliberately choosing not to move forward.
You can handle execution yourselves or together with your own staff, advisors, and vendors.
Eitti doesn't lock you into specific systems, methods, or vendors.
Execution itself isn't automatically part of the decision support. Any help with further planning or execution is agreed separately.
